In 2000, Lisa Simpson was featured in a series of collectible kids’ meal toys released by Burger King as part of a promotional tie-in with The Simpsons. The figure typically showcased Lisa’s signature look—her spiky star-shaped hair, red strapless dress, white pearl necklace, and red shoes—capturing her intelligent, socially conscious personality that made her a fan favorite. These toys were distributed internationally during the height of the show’s global popularity, appealing to both children and collectors of fast-food memorabilia. The 2000 promotion reflected Burger King’s strategy of partnering with major animated franchises to boost Kids Club meal sales while giving fans a tangible keepsake from one of television’s most iconic cartoon families.
On November 4, 2014, Percy's Fast Food Restaurant Toys Collection was declared the Largest by the Guinness World Records at 10,000 unique pieces from McDonald's, Jollibee, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and other Fast Food Restaurants. This blog highlights and celebrates each individual toy's story included in the collection as all of them are now Officially Amazing!!! I will also feature my Comic Strip, Amazing Grace who I hope will be a Fast Food Toy too someday.
