Vegeta, also known as Prince Vegeta IV, is one of the most iconic and complex characters in the Dragon Ball franchise. Introduced in 1989 during the Saiyan Saga of Dragon Ball Z, he began as a ruthless antagonist but evolved into a key protagonist and rival to Goku. Vegeta hails from Planet Vegeta and is the son of King Vegeta, making him the prince of the Saiyan race. Raised under the oppressive rule of Frieza, he developed a fierce pride and a relentless drive to become the strongest warrior. Initially, his arrogance and disdain for others defined his interactions, but over time, he showcased depth, vulnerability, and a capacity for growth.
