Popo Sporty Watch - Jolly Watch - Jollibee Kids Meal (December 2025)


 





In December 2025, Jollibee rolled out the Jolly Watch Squad — a collection of colorful children’s watches given out with their Jolly Kids Meal. The Popo Sporty Watch — along with variants featuring other characters — is designed not just as a fun collectible but also as a practical tool: each watch comes with a “how to tell time” guide, helping kids learn time-reading in a playful and engaging way. With bright, cheerful designs and kid-friendly packaging, the Jolly Watch Squad aims to add a dash of joy and learning to everyday meals, making each Kids Meal an opportunity for responsibility, routine, and a bit of magic for young fans.

In December 2025, Jollibee introduced the Jolly Watch Squad, a new set of colorful children’s watches offered with its Kids Meal lineup. The watches are designed with beloved characters from Jollibee’s “Jolly Squad” — including Jollibee, Hetty, Yum, Twirlie, and Popo — making them yet another playful collectible that appeals to kids. Each watch comes with a simple “How to Tell Time” guide, helping children learn the concept of time in a fun and engaging way. Available nationwide in all Jollibee stores and via delivery through the chain’s official app, the Jolly Watch Squad is priced starting at ₱199, and can be collected with a Jollibee Kids Meal from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.

Popo as a knight in the Jollitown Castle collection comes with a movable sword—kids can turn a knob on his toy to make him lift and wield his weapon heroically in defense of the castle. Known off‑screen as Jollitown’s sporty and prank-loving French fries mascot, Popo's transformation into a knight highlights his adventurous spirit and athletic nature. Popo’s knight figure combines action play with his playful character, encouraging kids to imagine him leading castle defenses with courage, mischief, and athletic flair.

2022 Popo - Flight Squad (Jollibee)

Popo's hang glider toy from Jollibee's 2022 Flight Squad Jolly Kiddie Meal series featured a mechanism that allowed him to eject and zoom out from his hang glider with a simple push, simulating a thrilling flight experience. This toy was one of five in the Flight Squad collection, each with unique interactive features, available from September 1 to November 30, 2022. The toy was designed to encourage active play, helping children develop motor skills while having fun.

Jollibee's vibrant cast of mascots has been a hallmark of the brand since its inception. The main character, Jollibee, was introduced in 1980 as a cheerful, anthropomorphic bee dressed in a red suit and chef's hat, symbolizing Filipino optimism and the hardworking spirit of the Filipino people. In 1983, the brand expanded its mascot lineup with characters like Chickee, representing Chickenjoy; Lady Moo, symbolizing their beef patties and Mico, promoting milkshakes. Other notable mascots include Champ, a hamburger-headed boxer introduced in 1984; Yum, originally known as Mr. Yum, representing burgers; Twirlie, the sundae mascot; Popo, symbolizing French fries; and Hetty, the spaghetti mascot . These characters not only promote Jollibee's diverse menu but also embody the brand's commitment to joy, family, and Filipino culture.

2019 Jollibee Sea Adventure Toys

The Jollibee Sea Adventure Toys features a  odular Ship Components.Each toy included parts that could be connected to form a complete ship. This feature encouraged creativity and allowed children to design their own vessels. The set featured figures of Jollibee and his friends, each with distinct roles on the ship. These characters added personality and storytelling elements to the play experience. Some toys included movable parts or accessories, such as sails or flags, enhancing the interactive play value.

The lookout was usually stationed high up in the crow’s nest, a small platform near the top of the main mast. This gave them a wide vantage point to spot other ships, land, or dangers like storms.Their main job was to watch the horizon and alert the crew about approaching ships, enemy vessels, or obstacles. They’d shout warnings like “Ship ahoy!” to get the crew ready. Lookouts often used spyglasses (early telescopes) to see far distances more clearly. Before those, it was all about sharp eyesight!

Jollibee Fun House (November 2019)

The Jollibee Fun House released in 2019 includes a Jollibee with a guitar, Jollibee swayed when the sofa in his room was tapped, Popo featured a basketball court where pressing a button made Popo perform a dunk, Yum riding a skateboard that could be pushed around within his section of the house, Hetty holding pom-poms and stood on a platform; pressing a button activated her cheerleading pose and Twirlie with a spinning platform that allowed her to perform twirling dance steps.

Basketball was invented in 1891 by Dr. James Naismith, a Canadian physical education instructor. He created the game to keep his students active indoors during winter. The first game used a soccer ball and two peach baskets as goals. Every time a point was scored, someone had to climb a ladder to retrieve the ball!

Popo was one of the antagonists in the removed games Jollibee's. He was the mascot for the fries of the restaurant and resided in Popo's Playroom.
