Percy's Fast Food Toy Stories

On November 4, 2014, Percy's Fast Food Restaurant Toys Collection was declared the Largest by the Guinness World Records at 10,000 unique pieces from McDonald's, Jollibee, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and other Fast Food Restaurants. This blog highlights and celebrates each individual toy's story included in the collection as all of them are now Officially Amazing!!! I will also feature my Comic Strip, Amazing Grace who I hope will be a Fast Food Toy too someday.

The Mr. Incredible Happy Meal toy from McDonald's 2004 promotion was part of an 8-piece set released in conjunction with Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles film. This series featured key characters from the movie, including Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, Jack-Jack, Frozone, Syndrome, and Edna Mode. The toy depicts Mr. Incredible in his red superhero suit with black accents and the "i" insignia on his chest and it also features an action pose, capturing the character's strength and heroism. Each toy came sealed in a clear plastic bag with promotional artwork.

The Dash Parr toy from McDonald's 2004 The Incredibles Happy Meal promotion captures the essence of the super-speedy character from Disney-Pixar's animated film.This awesome toy depicts Dash in his red superhero suit with black gloves and boots, standing on a base and it also features a wind-up mechanism that propels Dash forward, simulating his super-speed.the toy is originally sealed in clear plastic bags with promotional artwork.

The Elastigirl (Mrs. Incredible) Happy Meal toy was part of McDonald's 2004 promotion for Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles. This toy was one of eight figures released to coincide with the film's theatrical debut, each representing a member of the superhero family or their allies. The Elastigirl figure stands approximately 5 inches tall and features a dynamic pose with her arms extended, showcasing her stretching abilities. The toy is molded in durable plastic with painted details to resemble her red and black superhero costume.

an Edna Mode toy from The Incredibles courtesy of McDonald's Happy Meal USA in 2018. I got this toy from the Malolos Toy Convention (MalCon) on July 16, 2022.

Did you know?

Edna Mode is a half-Japanese, half-German fashion designer and auteur. Known for her short stature and habit of calling everyone "dahling", she is highly accomplished at her craft and as demanding of others as she is of herself. Above all things, Edna Mode despises supermodels, "Spoilt, silly little stick figures", partly because they are too limiting - they show her clothes only on the perfect conditions of the catwalk, and only for one type of person - the supermodel. They certainly don't allow her to showcase her talents or use her imagination to its fullest. Superheroes with their many abilities, shapes and of course the situations they need clothes for, are the only challenge truly worthy of her talents.

Edna Mode - The Incredibles (Pepsi/7-Eleven)

Edna "E" Mode is a fictional character in Pixar's animated superhero film The Incredibles (2004) and its sequel Incredibles 2 (2018). She is an eccentric fashion designer renowned for designing the costumes of several famous superheroes, having worked particularly closely with Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl (Bob and Helen Parr), with whom she has maintained a strong friendship. When the couple resumes their superheroic careers after fifteen years, Edna is summoned out of retirement to aid both characters, first by equipping Mr. Incredible with a new costume and then by restoring Elastigirl's confidence in herself as a superheroine.
