Royal Tru-Grape remains a popular fruit-flavored carbonated drink in the Philippines as of 2025. Produced by Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc., Royal Tru traces its origins back to 1922 under San Miguel Brewery before becoming part of the Coca-Cola portfolio. The grape version comes in a 320 mL can with around 60 calories per serving and contains approximately 15 g of sugar. It delivers a sweet, grape-fruit flavour with the classic fizziness expected from soda — often described as “bubbly, fruity, and refreshing,” boosted with added B vitamins for a small nutritional twist. Today, Royal Tru-Grape sits alongside other flavors in the brand’s lineup, such as Tru-Orange, Tru-Lemon, and the newly reintroduced Tru-Strawberry (2025).
