The Polar Bear by Mars Inc. (Christmas 1995) refers to the iconic Coca-Cola–style holiday polar bear imagery adapted by Mars, Incorporated for its seasonal confectionery marketing during the mid-1990s. In Christmas 1995, Mars featured a friendly white polar bear character in holiday packaging and promotional materials for select chocolate products, tapping into the bear’s associations with warmth, nostalgia, and winter cheer. The design typically showed the polar bear in a cozy, playful pose—often surrounded by snow, stars, or festive colors—helping reinforce Mars’ strategy of making its candies feel more gift-worthy and family-oriented during the holiday season. Today, the 1995 Mars polar bear items are remembered as part of the broader 1990s trend of collectible Christmas branding and are sought after by advertising memorabilia and vintage candy collectors for their seasonal charm and nostalgic values.
On November 4, 2014, Percy's Fast Food Restaurant Toys Collection was declared the Largest by the Guinness World Records at 10,000 unique pieces from McDonald's, Jollibee, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and other Fast Food Restaurants.
