The Alice in Wonderland Kaiyodo Gashapon (2002) series was a highly detailed capsule toy collection released in Japan by Kaiyodo, a company renowned for its precision miniatures and artistic sculpting. Part of the early-2000s boom in premium gashapon figures, the series featured characters from Disney’s Alice in Wonderland—including Alice, the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts—faithfully recreated in dynamic poses inspired by the animated film. Despite their small size, the figures were praised for their fine paintwork, expressive faces, and intricate costume details, reflecting Kaiyodo’s reputation for museum-quality craftsmanship. Released through capsule vending machines, the 2002 set quickly became popular among both Disney fans and figure collectors, and it remains a sought-after vintage gashapon series today.
On November 4, 2014, Percy's Fast Food Restaurant Toys Collection was declared the Largest by the Guinness World Records at 10,000 unique pieces from McDonald's, Jollibee, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, Chick-Fil-A, Carl's Jr., Hardee's and other Fast Food Restaurants. This blog highlights and celebrates each individual toy's story included in the collection as all of them are now Officially Amazing!!! I will also feature my Comic Strip, Amazing Grace who I hope will be a Fast Food Toy too someday.
