Wally West didn't have Barry Allen's scientific mind, but when he became the Flash, he didn't completely lose the idea of Flash Facts. Flash raced against the speedster Züm and needed a Flash Fact to give him an advantage. Using the correlation between speed and mass, he took Züm down. Due to the concept of relativistic mass, the faster the Flash goes, the more his mass increases. Flash can build up his speed so that his mass, and therefore his striking power, approaches infinity. Wally hit Züm so hard that the villain sailed faster than seven miles per second. Züm's speed was greater than escape velocity — another Flash Fact Wally knew.
