Pompoms Cheese Flavored Curls (sometimes branded “RonRon Pompoms”) is a Filipino cheese-curl (puffed corn) snack known for its light, crunchy texture and bright orange cheesy coating that often leaves residue on fingers. It has been marketed as a nostalgic “chicheria” favorite—sometimes called the “poor man’s cheese curls” for its affordability and ubiquity among Filipinos. According to the Philippine FDA’s registry, Gold Prize Food Manufacturing Corp. in Pasig City is the company that produces it under the product name “CHEESE FLAVORED CURLS” with the brand name “RONRON POMPOMS.”
