Branch is a beloved character from DreamWorks' Trolls franchise, known for his grumpy yet endearing personality. In 2022, McDonald's featured Branch as part of their DreamWorks 30th Anniversary Happy Meal toy collection. This collection celebrated iconic DreamWorks characters and included mini figurines of Branch, among others. Each toy came with a mini figurine, a card environment, pop-up/reveals, and stickers, and also functioned as a keychain for kids' bags .
