a Phil's Kitchen Antics toy from McDonald's Happy Meal acquired on June 11, 2022 in SM Manila.
Phil is one of the Minions that appears in Despicable Me 2. He is voiced by Pierre Coffin. A minion by the same name, having a different appearance, appears in the first film.
This Phil, on the other hand, is a Two-eyed Minion with Spiky Hair donning a wig that is the Oompa-Loompas a run for the money.
