The pioneers of Jollibee Fast Food Restaurants first named the store ‘Jolibe’ in the 70’s, and then changed into ‘Jolibee’ (as seen on the 1977 pocket calendar which was distributed around this time) and eventually ‘Jollibee’ after a deliberate branding strategy.
