Mr. Tickle is the very first character created in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves, and he's one of the most beloved characters in the entire franchise. He was first published in 1971. Roger Hargreaves invented Mr. Tickle after his son Adam asked, “What does a tickle look like?” Mr Tickle is a mischievous, playful, and always in the mood for tickling. He uses his extra-long arms to reach people and give them surprise tickles. He is round and orange with a big smile. He has very long, bendy arms and blue hat.
