As of June 2025, McDonald's Philippines has introduced the Squishmallows McFlurry—a limited-time dessert featuring vanilla soft serve, Raspberry, Grape, and Cotton candy flavored syrup. Other than this delicious McFlurry, the Philippines also participated in the Squishmallows Happy Meal toy promotion, which featured mini plush versions of Squishmallows characters, The Happy Meal toys in the Philippines were generally well-received for their cuteness.
