Ralph (or Ralphine) is one of the minions. He appears in Despicable Me 4. Ralph is a one-eyed minion with a damp mohawk of hair. The happy meal toy of him has spiky hair. At first it was thought that his name was Charley. When the vending machine falls on Ralph and get stuck again, he used Jerry's scream voice from Despicable Me 2 where he got scared by the cat.
