The Flash is one of DC Comics’ most iconic superheroes, famous for his super speed and being a core member of the Justice League. His alter egos are Barry Allen in the Silver Age Flash and this is the most widely recognized one, Jay Garrick from the original Golden Age Flash and Wally West who is Barry’s nephew and sidekick who became The Flash eventually. His frst appearance was the Jay Garrick in the Flash Comics #1 published in 1940 and then as Barry Allen in Showcase #4 published in 1956.
